8. Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute, you may submit a written complaint to Espace Event via the contact form. We commit to responding within 15 business days.
If no satisfactory response is received, you may refer the matter to a competent mediator or the courts in your country of residence. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing Law
This Legal Notice is subject to the law in force in the country of establishment of the publisher. In the event of translation into another language, the French version shall prevail.
